ABOUT THE UNITS

We have 11 different styles of one- and two-bedroom units.  They each feature an individually-controlled forced air heating and cooling unit that gives year-round temperature control within your home.  All the appliances are included:  refrigerator/freezer, disposal, self-cleaning electric oven, range/oven and dishwasher.  Each unit has a energy-efficient windows, a walk-out balcony and two-wall construction between homes to minimize sound travel.  Each home has a separate storage closet.  Folks comment on how spacious our units are, and how much storage space we offer.  Come and see for yourself!
